Mohanraj Ramasamy
Chief Executive Officer
Mohanraj Ramasamy has served as the Managing Director of SVM since its inception in March 2018 and Chief Executive Officer and director of SVH since its inception in June 2021.
Prior to starting SVM he served at Tesla from 2012 to 2015 in various capacities across the organization, from the Vehicle Engineering, Carnet, Information Services, Disaster Recovery establishment, Warp Application, Service Module development, and eCommerce platform scale-up.
Mr. Ramasamy enrolled in the executive MBA program at the University of San Francisco in 2015. After completing his MBA, Mr. Ramasamy started SVM. He also has an engineering degree in Computer Technology from Nachimuthu Polytechnic College.
Mr. Ramasamy is qualified to serve as a director of SVH due to his experience as SVH’s Chief Executive Officer and Product Architect, as well as his extensive technical and operational expertise and experience in the automotive industry and the electric vehicle industry in particular.
Over 20 years of passion and drive to build a transformative EV mobility company; worked closely with industry pioneers in technology & innovative technologies in Silicon Valley as well as in India. He shares his time between in India and the US.
He is in the aspirational journey of building a Growth company which can use scalability from the West and Value system from the East. SVM’s first product PRANA is the India performance motorcycle.
Adron Leow
Chief Financial Officer
Since Jan 2022, Adron has served as Chief Financial Officer for Mobiv Acquistion Corp, a SPAC listed in Nasdaq, New York.
Previously, Adron was the COO for Galasys PLC, where he was responsible for the growth of international business development and expansion of the group’s business outside of China.
